The Red, White & Blue Invitational Meet (meet announcement) will be held June 19–21 at Klein Collins High School. This is a fun, optional end-of-season meet for swimmers who have achieved qualifying times.

Important Registration Deadlines
Registration opens: Today, Saturday, June 6 at 6:00 PMBBST registration deadline: Saturday, June 13 at 6:00 PM (hard deadline – no extensions) with payment due at time of registration

Please register early so we can finalize entries, confirm payments, and build relay teams.

Remaining 11 & Over Events
Warm-ups begin at 7:00 AM
*Meet starts at 9:00 AM

Sunday, June 21
10 & Under Events
Warm-ups begin at 7:00 AM
*Meet starts at 9:00 AM

How to Register

1. Register your swimmer through SwimTopia. Check the events your swimmer has qualified for. No checkbox = not qualified for that event.

Reminder: Swimmers may NOT be on deck or enter any individual or relay event at RWB if they have a Ponderosa-qualifying time in that stroke or event. Doing so could result in team-wide disqualifications. Please follow this rule strictly.

2. Bonus Events: Swimmers who qualify for three or more events may swim any event in the meet.

Exceptions:100 Free, 100 IM, 10 & Under 50 Free- Swimmers must have achieved the qualifying time to enter these events.

3. Meet Costs- $10 per individual event (paid by parents) Relay fees are covered by BBST. Payment due: Saturday, June 13 at 6:00 PM
Pay here: BBST Invitationals Payment Site- Please include your swimmer's last name with your payment. Swimmers will NOT be entered into the meet until payment is received.

Volunteer Information: We are required to provide timers for this meet. If your swimmer is entered, your family will be expected to fulfill a timing assignment.

Timing assignments for this meet do not count toward regular season volunteer requirements. Invitational meets are optional and are considered above and beyond dual meet commitments.

Additional Volunteer Policy Reminder: If your swimmer participates in a Mid-Season and/or End-of-Season Invitational and you are assigned a volunteer shift, you must complete that shift. Failure to do so will result in a $25 charge per missed shift, deducted from your volunteer deposit or charged to the card on file, up to the $50 Invitational maximum. Additional violations may result in further penalties as outlined in the full Volunteer Policy.
