How to Enter a Meet
🏊 How to Sign Up for a Swim Meet — The Fun & Friendly Way 🏊
Hey Cuda Fam! Ready to get your swimmer in the water and on the heat sheet? Here’s how to sign up for a meet without breaking a sweat! Each week, it is the parents’ responsibility to sign up their swimmer(s) to participate in the upcoming swim meet.
Important: If you don’t sign your swimmer up, they won’t be entered. No sign-up = no splash zone!
Timing is Everything:
- Meet sign-ups open: Sunday at 8:00 PM
- Deadline to sign up: Tuesday at 8:00 PM (Sharp!)
This gives our awesome coaches time to plan relays, adjust entries, and get everything ready before our info gets sent to the other team.
Step-by-Step: How to Sign Up
-
Log in to the website
You’ll need your account to access meet entries. -
Find the Meet
Head to the Home Page (or the Events tab) and look for the green “Meet Entry Open” button next to the upcoming meet. Click it! -
Declare Your Swimmer
You’ll see a list of your swimmers with an “Edit” button. Click it, then choose from the dropdown:- “Attending this meet”
- “Not attending this meet” (if you’re sitting this one out)
-
Choose Events
If attending, a list of eligible events will pop up. Pick the ones you’d like your swimmer to swim.
Tip: Let coaches know if your swimmer can’t do relays and give any extra info they might need.
 5. LIMIT: 3 Individual Events
(Unless it’s Time Trials or an Invitational—those are different.) Final event decisions are made by the coaches, based on what’s best for your swimmer and the team!
 6. THE BIGGEST STEP — Click “SAVE”!
If you don’t click save, your swimmer won’t be entered. Don’t skip it!
 7. Double Check
Go back to the Meet Entry page to confirm your swimmer is entered and the events are showing up. If not—try again or shoot us an email.
