Head Coach Amber Bialorucki
Head Coach Amber Bialorucki raised primarily
in Virginia Beach, Virginia is a former collegiate swimmer at the University of
Virginia earning a Bachelor's Degree and Master's of Teaching Secondary
Education of Mathematics Degree. While in attendance at UVA, she was an NCAA
qualifier and was a member of the ACC 2008 Championship team.
Following her time with UVA, Amber was the head
swim coach at Blythewood High School (2009-2010), Head swim coach
Carolanne Farm summer league swim team (2010-2012), Instructor and Site Supervisor
of Swim America swim school (2010-2016), Old Dominion Aquatic Club
assistant coach for 9-10 age group (2010-2016). Additionally, Amber is happily
married and has two wonderful children with 1 dog. She is a Secondary/IB Math
teacher since 2008 currently at Tomball Memorial high school.

Assistant Head Coach Craig Bialorucki
Assistant Head Coach Craig grew up in
Virginia Beach, Virginia. He swam for Old Dominion Aquatic Club for over a
decade, swam and lettered as captain for Kempsville High School for four years
and also swam as a collegiate athlete for Old Dominion University in Norfolk
Virginia. He is an ASCA Level 4 certified coach with over 18 years of
competitive coaching experience. Craig has experience in many different
areas in the swimming world including Swim America Swim instructor (1996 -
2004), Swim America Site Supervisor (2009 - 2016), Cypress Fairbanks Swim Club
Head Site Coach (2016-2018) ODAC assistant coach (2009 - 2016),
Virginia Zone Coach 4 times, Head Coach of OBX Swim Club (2004 -
2008) & Head Age Group Coach of Carolina Aquatics (2008 - 2009). Craig
has had the privilege of working with some of the best swimmers in the
Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. Craig believes that
with hard work, commitment, discipline and motivation: young athletes can
achieve what they put their minds to. Mechanical and technical proficiency and
effectiveness are of utmost importance & training is another top
priority with challenging sets, intense regiments of interval training and
pushing the boundaries of swimmers' comfort levels through specific training
zones. Craig is pleased and tremendously excited to be a part of the Bridgeland
Barracudas coaching staff. Where he will strive to develop the best young
athletes the sport of swimming can offer. Additionally, Craig is happily
married to his beautiful wife Amber and they have two wonderful children.
