2024 Board Position Announcement
Hello Cuda Families!!
We have several open board (shadow) positions coming available for our 2024 swim season. These positions will be open to discuss and vote in our upcoming annual business meeting. Date to be announced soon.
We are looking to fill the following shadow positions:
Director of Marketing
Responsible for promoting the team to the community and local businesses, as well as securing and managing sponsors, marketing dollars and fundraising, Cuda gear, team suits, etc.
Director of Events
Responsible for planning and carrying out all aspects of the team’s special events. coordinating al volunteers for meets and events.
Secretary
Responsible for taking notes at all official board meetings, all communication from the team, organizing the calendar for the year and booking the meeting space. Also responsible for the weekly newsletter.
Director of Equipment
Responsibilities include acquisition, inspection, maintenance and storage of all team equipment required to ensure safe participation by the team. In addition, the Director of Equipment is responsible for ensuring the team equipment meets the appropriate NWAL specifications, rules and regulations.
Director of Registration (NEW)
Responsibilities include managing team’s preseason registration level setting, ensuring registration windows open and close on time, and managing the number of swimmers and waitlist.
Director of Technology
The Director of Technology is accountable for the computer and technology requirements of the Swim Team. The Director of Technology shall have primary responsibility to ensure the proper entry of swimmers in all regular and extra season meets in accordance with NWAL rules and regulations in coordination with coaches.
