Unfortunately, we were delayed for weather today at our meet against Towne Lake. 

If you were scheduled for a volunteer shift, please contact [email protected] to confirm or reschedule. Job signup will reopen at 5:00 today and close at 8:00 PM Monday for any remaining positions. 

If you were originally scheduled to swim today but cannot swim in the make-ups due to other obligations, please respond to this email and you will be scratched from the meet. If you originally couldn’t make it on Saturday but were on the original heat/psych sheets to attend, you can still participate. If you declared yourself unavailable to swim and were not on the original heat/psych sheets, you are not eligible to swim in this makeup events. We will hold practices Tuesday and Wednesday for any swimmers who were not able to attend today’s meet. 

For this meet especially, swimmer check-in will be very important as we will reseed the meet to not have any empty lanes. If you are going to be late, please have someone check in your swimmer or reply to this email. Otherwise, there is a chance they will be scratched and ineligible to swim. 

Below is the schedule for the make-up sessions. 

Tuesday, May 16 – 11 and Up 

• Arrival and Setup starts at 3:30 
• Swimmer Check-In starts at 4:10 and will run through 4:45 
• Warmups start at 4:30 (oldest to youngest). Bridgeland/Townelake will have joint warmups in a split pool (three lanes each) 
• Timers/Scribes Meeting and kids to ready bench at 5:00 
• Meet starts at 5:15 

Wednesday, May 17 – 10 and Under 

• Arrival and Setup starts at 3:45 
• Swimmer Check-In starts at 4:30 and will run through 5:00 
• Townelake Warmups start at 5:00 
• Bridgeland Warmups start at 5:20 
• Timers/Scribes Meeting and kids to ready bench at 5:30
• Meet starts at 5:45.
