2019 Barracuda Swim Team Board Positions
Hello Barracuda families,
We are starting to get ready for the 2019 swim season. We will be having our annual business meeting to discuss open board positions and vote on shadows for those positions. We will also be going over our financials.
I encourage you to attend. The meeting will be Tuesday, February 12, 2019 6:30pm-7:30pm in the Activity Center in the Crane room.
We will be looking to fill the following shadow positions:
Equipment Coordinator-Responsible for all equipment and heavy lifting. Must have access to a truck or trailer.
Secretary-Responsible for taking notes at all official board meeting, all communication from the team, organizing the calendar for the year and booking the meeting space. Also responsible for the weekly newsletter
Director of Marketing-Responsible for all marketing dollars and fundraising, cuda gear, team suits.
Volunteer Coordinator-Responsible for coordinating all volunteers for meets and events.
